Week 23 – Panna Cotta with Mangoes

It is the season of Mangoes and there are several varieties of these all around. Usually Mangoes are the only fruit you can see during summer. I had been to Lal Bagh where there is an exclusive Mela happening just to showcase the different varieties of Mangoes.

Panna Cotta with Mangoes

Use a basic recipe of Panna Cotta, check my post <a href="https://ijuhi.wordpress.com/2012/01/29/week-4-low-fat-panna-cotta/">earlier/a&gt;
Diced Mangoes – 1
Mango puree – 1/2 cup

Prepare the Panna Cotta as per the recipe, swirl in the Mango puree. Let it set completely for atleast 4 hours in the refrigerator. Serve with diced mangoes.
