Recipe – Frozen Mango Yoghurt
A very simple recipe, which requires no cooking at all and just uses 3 ingredients. You can replace mango with any fleshy fruit like, figs, strawberries, plum etc.
1 ripe mango, peeled and pulp mashed
1/2 tin condensed milk
500 gms of full fat yoghurt or use low fat with 1 tbsp of cream
Mix all the ingredients together. Cool the mix. Freeze in freezer breaking the icicles after a couple of hours or use an ice-cream maker.
